Quality Info Oregon
This is the Oregon Labor Market Information System. Use this site’s career explorer tool to learn about occupations in Oregon and their current demand. Search occupations by county, wages, minimum education level and demand. Occupation search results link directly to job openings by occupation listed with the Oregon Employment Department and other sources.

Browse a video collection developed by the US Department of Labor to learn about careers, industries, skills and abilities, work options and education levels.

Oregon Career Information System (CIS)
Available to WorkSource job seekers, this tool includes an Interest Profiler, Skills Identifier, and Work Importance Locator to help you find occupations that you may find interesting. This tool also includes other self-assessments to evaluate your workplace employability skills and entrepreneurial characteristics and contains lots of information about job search, job success, college programs, scholarship and financial aid information, and more.

Worldwide Interactive Network (WIN) Initial Skills Review
WorkSource staff use this work-related skills assessment to determine your readiness to take the Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) exams. In addition to the assessment of skill levels, this tool offers tutorials to improve skills and take additional practice tests.

WorkSource staff provide personalized career coaching that will help you attain your career goals. Career coaching and planning includes career exploration and the development of a structured plan that is unique to your needs. Coaches will assist with career exploration and plan a pathway and service strategy to help you achieve your goals.

Career Plan Development & Review
A career plan is a working document that helps to map your skills, goals and a set of WorkSource activities to help you achieve your career goals. The plan may include a variety of workshops to improve skills, education or training activities, and job search activities. A career coach can help you develop this career plan and work with you for ongoing review to keep you on your career pathway.
